bd4 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with bd4 and to use any of its services. bd4 strictly enforces this age restriction. If at any point bd4 has reason to believe that an account holder is under the age of 21, bd4 will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, and conduct an age verification review. Winnings accrued during the period in which an underage player was active may be voided.

1.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account with bd4, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• Hold a valid mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name;
• Not already hold an existing bd4 account — one account per person is strictly enforced;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bd4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bd4 support may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

1.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bd4. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd4 username and password. bd4 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

2.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd4 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bd4 will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing. bd4 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

2.3 Accurate Contact Information

You are required to keep your contact information — particularly your registered mobile number — accurate and current at all times. bd4 uses your registered mobile number for OTP verification, withdrawal confirmation, and important account communications. bd4 cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bd4 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bd4 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bd4 charges no deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. bd4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.

3.4 Player Funds

Player funds are held separately from bd4 operational funds. Your account balance represents a record of funds held on your behalf and available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms. bd4 does not pay interest on player account balances.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bd4 are subject to these general terms and any additional conditions specified at the time the offer is communicated. bd4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bd4 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus on bets with a positive expected value to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any bonus winnings will be voided.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd4 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unintended advantage — any winnings obtained in this manner are void and must be returned;
• Using the bd4 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing bd4 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other IP masking technology.

5.2 Game Integrity

All games available on bd4 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bd4 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in individual game information panels.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

bd4 reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of Section 5. Any winnings, bonuses, or credits associated with prohibited conduct will be voided. bd4 may also refer cases of suspected fraud or money laundering to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Player Welfare Commitment

bd4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling on bd4 is intended to be a form of entertainment. bd4 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and it provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools to help players stay in control.

6.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bd4 players free of charge via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;

7.1 Platform Availability

bd4 endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond bd4's reasonable control, including power failures, internet disruptions, or natural disasters. bd4 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

7.2 Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd4's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. bd4 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

7.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on bd4 are supplied by independent third-party studios. bd4 does not control game software or RNG systems and accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from third-party game providers. In cases where a game malfunction affects a player's bet, bd4 will work with the relevant provider to investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected bets and return the wagered amount.

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bd4 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account that exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification procedures are completed.

8.2 Closure by bd4

bd4 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to pass identity verification; chargebacks or reversed payment transactions; or any conduct bd4 reasonably believes to be harmful to the platform or its player community. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, bd4 may withhold or void any outstanding balances or bonuses at its discretion.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bd4, you should first contact the bd4 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. bd4 commits to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to the bd4 management team.

9.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bd4 Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd4 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original.

9.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
